About us

Delivering safe, reliable, healthy, and delicious wagyu,
as a company that connects producers to diners

Maruyoshi Shoji is a company that connects producers to diners.
Since our founding in 1977, we have done business under a motto that calls for us to provide customers with safe, reliable meats as a wholesaler specializing in carefully selected wagyu beef.

Today, in addition to black wagyu we also are focusing on sales of beef from rare shorthorn and brown Japanese cattle varieties. In pursuit of a diverse range of delicious beef, we meet customer needs by supplying safe, high-quality wagyu sourced from direct trading with producers as well as buying on meat markets. Another of our strengths is our ability to meet customers' needs for precision meat processing.

As we have continued to meet customer needs, our business has broadened to include product development and processing as well. We will continue working hard to be a company that can enrich people's diets while valuing the ties that we have built up through now with major hotel chains, restaurants, and specialist shops across Japan.

We appreciate your continued support.
